Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the owners, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain confidential information and files with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist with legal document management, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the owners and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and facilitating communication.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Legal experience or knowledge is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
