Assists retail leadership team in the daily operations to help drive the Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities' vision of ending unemployment.
Serves internal and external customers remotely; by supporting lottery system which allows customers to enter the store at a certain time, capacity level, vendor log in and customer store registration.
Conducts needs analysis of customer and refers them to leadership if needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborates with retail Team Members to execute operational plans to achieve daily and weekly goals set forth by GCNA.
- Achieves daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly service goals set by leadership.
- Partners with retail leadership to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Delivers professional and timely service during all communications.
- Serves as a GCNA ambassador to the community.
- Assists with preregistering customers into lottery system to obtain a Customer Number that will be used to enter the store.
- Maintains accurate customer count and adheres to capacity levels in the store.
- Conducts needs analysis of customer, identifying the client needs, and accurately refers them to available leadership on duty if needed.
- Assists customers with store registration.
- Assists on register sales when needed.
- Properly directs inbound calls to appropriate internal teams and departments.
- Escalates customer issues to leadership when necessary.
- Maintains a clean and wellkept work environment.

- Assists in collaborating with support areas (Asset Protection, Human Resources, Safety, Finance, etc.) to further business goals and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)**:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two (1+) years fostering customer relationships or call center experience
- Demonstrated high level of detail orientation, professionalism and business acumen
- Ability to produce documents written with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently, Bilingual a plus
- Proficient internet navigation required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
