Tasks:
- Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems to be maintained
- Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building technical systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
- Conducting control rounds and inspections
- Proactive repairs and maintenance
- Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols)
Your profile:
- Technical education, e.g. as a heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, mechatronics refrigeration technician, central heating and ventilation builder, gas-water installer or comparable qualification as a career changer
- Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
- Ideally with some professional experience, but also open to career starters or technically skilled career changers with a desire for further training
- German language skills at level B2 / Class B driver's license
