Southern Foodservice Management Inc., a national contract food service company, is looking to fill foodservice positionsat our
DIA Café Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling location in
Washington, DC 20032.

The work week is
Monday - Friday and shift hours range between
5:00am and 3:00pm.

The pay range is
$ $23.00 per hour,
plus Health and Welfare benefit of $4.57 per hour.


We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing the best possible dining experience for every guest and a positive and respectful work environment for your team members.

Someone who will deliver excellent customer service and quality in every product we offer, address guest needs and anticipate requests.


You should have knowledge of food sanitation, be able to follow recipes, have a professional appearance, dependable transportation, teachable attitude and a strong work ethic.

Must be able to pass a background check.

  • Restaurant experience a plus.
  • Must be organized, clean, fast and able to multitask.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. or more.
  • Must enjoy people and be able to provide "Something Extra" to our guests.
  • Make and serve coffee, tea and other beverages as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Be able to prepare food.
  • Serve food on the serving lines during meal service.
  • Operating the cash register during business hours.
  • Prep dining and serving areas counters, stands and tables.
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Clean and straighten work area.
  • Verify, count, and rotate stock on delivery days.
  • All other duties as assigned.
