Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Are you looking to dip your toes in a Customer Service role for the Summer? Join the fast-growing label company, Name Bubbles, as our seasonal Customer Service Representative This role aims to provide a positive experience for our customer base.

This position will serve as a primary point of contact for customers seeking to place an order, address issues regarding an order or product, offer product and website support, and general company information.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Provide exceptional customer care to customers regarding daily transactions, address queries, and offer solutions in compliance with Company policies
• Perform any necessary followup on returns, exchanges, and undeliverable orders
• Report feedback related to website malfunction or product issues
• Support Operations Staff on an asneeded basis
• Flexibility to complete other duties to meet Company needs

Minimum requirements:

• Applicants must possess excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to think like a rubber band & adjust to changing processes
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment needed
• Fluent in English is a must
• Experience working in a customer support/customerfacing role is required
• Experience with Zendesk is preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
• Consistently punctual, reliable, and responsible
• Must maintain flexible availability depending on department needs and order volume
• Strong time management and organizational skills demonstrated by handling multiple tasks & assignments simultaneously
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment are encouraged

Schedule:
In need of one full-time employee and one part-time employee; Full-time shifts are Mon. through Fri., 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Must have availability to work though to at least September 15th.


Job Type:
Temporary (As soon as possible - October 1st, as needed) possibility for permanent employment.**
