- Order processing and fulfillment across different online platforms; including printing order slips, creating shipping labels, sorting/organizing orders, providing daily order counts, and scheduling deliveries.
- Mounting accessories such as optics, lights, compensators, etc.
- Package and prepare products for retail sale.
- Assists receiving team and ecommerce team by maintaining on-hand inventory of all products.
- Assist the receiving team with replenishment of incoming orders.
- Manage E-Commerce customer support through email and phone; resolve inquiries and issues for customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Support in other areas of operations as needed.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must have solid firearms knowledge or demonstrated aptitude.
- Experience installing red-dot sights, light, compensators, and other accessories is a plus.
- Comfortable handling and shooting firearms
- Familiar with hand tools such as screwdrivers, allen wrench, and torque drivers.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly

We are currently seeking an
Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist will ensure customer satisfaction regarding all ecommerce transactions.
The
Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist is a full-time, on-site position that is responsible for processing, managing, and the fulfillment of orders.
You will play a key role in the growth and development of our ecommerce footprint by enhancing the overall experience at Staccato.
We offer a variety of accessories to complement our pistols. You will impact by ensuring that all accessories are mounted and functioning properly, then shipped out to customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:
