- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and emails, process returns, and provide online customer service

- Efficiently gather and record data in Excel for inventory and order tracking
- Coordinate shipping logistics with various warehouses
- Become an expert in SKU specific products
- Monitor marketplaces metrics and claims

- Flexibility to work some Saturdays and overtime
- A high school diploma or GED certificate or equivalent job experience
- Substantial data entry experience
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

We are seeking a fast learning and detail-oriented eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist for our North Austin Corporate location. As part of our e-commerce team you will be responsible for completing online orders and returns in an efficient manner. This is a fast-paced, in-office position that requires occasional lifting. The candidate that will be successful in this role is extremely reliable, thorough, and has strong data entry and customer service skills.
