We are a thriving dermatology practice seeking a responsible, charismatic, upbeat person to come join our team in our check-out department.

We are looking for someone who is interested in Dermatology and ideally who has worked in the medical or aesthetic field in the past.

We have a positive and friendly work environment and are hoping to find someone who will enjoy working with our patients and colleagues as much as we do

• Front desk receptionist (check out department) with prior experience in medical office
• Checking patients out
• Scheduling next appointment
• Collecting payments for cosmetic procedures
• Selling inoffice products that the doctors recommended.
• Working on Cosmetic rewards system for botox, etc.
• Providing outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
• Assisting other practice team members as needed.
• Team player who can also work independently

Pay:
Up to $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)

• Medical scheduling: 2 years (preferred)
