As an independent insurance broker based in Düsseldorf, we serve over 5,000 private and commercial clients nationwide. Our team consists of nearly 50 colleagues of all ages. As a long-term addition, we are looking for a full-time and permanent insurance clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on commercial clients to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Together with your colleagues from the sales department, you are the central contact for clients at BEST GRUPPE. You are responsible for providing expert advice and intensive support. You know the clients inside and out, and know exactly what needs to be discussed with them to ensure they are optimally insured.

Qualifications

Completed training as an insurance specialist, insurance clerk, insurance specialist or other confirmation of expertise
Good MS Office skills, strong customer and service orientation, and good communication skills
High level of commitment, teamwork, and dedication
