    JOB SUMMARY:
    • The Director of Fleet will lead the strategic management of vehicle purchasing and maintenance to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Finance preferred
    • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in a senior Fleet Management role
    • License or Certification: Valid driver's license and relevant Fleet Manager certifications
    • Specialized Skills:
    • Extensive expertise in Fleet, Procurement, and Facilities management
    • Proven track record in executive Fleet roles
    • Proficiency in utilizing databases and tools like Microsoft Excel
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
    • Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES
    • Lead vehicle purchase and maintenance for deliveries
    • Research and implement cost-efficient acquisition procedures
    • Negotiate contracts for optimal business revenue
    • Enhance fleet operations through process improvements
    • Maintain strong inter-business relationships and positive corporate image
    • Implement cost-cutting strategies for increased profits
    • Develop driver schedules and ensure operational efficiency
    • Manage driver adherence to schedules
    • Register and license all managed vehicles
    • Enhance fuel efficiency strategies
    • Recruit high-quality drivers

    The salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $180,000.
