Responsibilities:


The integrated production plan connects all processes from planning and procurement to execution and commissioning, forming the basis for efficient control at the point of value creation.

All parties involved in the construction are actively involved.


Be part of a new way of process-oriented and collaborative work and take on the following tasks:

  • Creation of construction schedules, construction phases, and construction sequences
  • Development of construction site plans and logistics concepts
  • Support of cost estimation during the bidding phase
  • Supervision of construction sites during execution (onsite on a daily basis)
  • Development of construction sequence simulations, partly using 4D and BIM, supported by a variety of experts within the company and using stateoftheart software solutions
  • Process optimization through the application of LEAN Construction

Qualifications:


  • A completed degree in civil engineering or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Curiosity and openness to familiarize oneself with new topics (e.g. BIM.5D/LEAN Construction)
  • Teamoriented, communicative, and dedicated
