What We're Searching For:


What You'll Do:

• Assist in maintaining employee records within our HRIS.
• Support payroll processing for our various organizations.
• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
• Provide administrative support in leave administration, garnishments, and worker compensation.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS software; experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
