Description

This commercial training at Goebber extends over three years.

The school part of the training takes place at BBS2 in Hannover in four blocks of three weeks each year, during which you will focus on subject-specific subjects.

During the training as a specialist for food technology at Goebber, you will learn to accept raw materials and check them for quantity and quality.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the fruit is safely and in the best quality in the jar.

For this purpose, you have access to state-of-the-art production machines, which you will learn to control and monitor during your training.

In addition, it is part of the training to take samples of the produced goods and perform sensory tests. It is also part of your training with us to learn how to properly pack and store goods.
