Together, we shape the digital purchasing processes of one of Europe's leading retail companies. The Department of Merchandise Organization & Processes advises, accompanies, and supports central purchasing and category management in terms of organization and process design, and defines the functional requirements for the supported IT systems.

As part of our 18-month trainee program, you will work with us and in different teams to professionalize the purchasing processes for the procurement channels of brand, private label, and fresh products. It is important to us that you not only gain superficial insights, but also take on tasks and projects independently.
