Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OpenBuildings BIM (Building Information Modeling) Manager to join our Digital Delivery team.
As an OpenBuildings BIM Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and management of BIM processes and workflows using Bentley's OpenBuildings suite of software.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure efficient project delivery and the successful utilization of BIM technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or certification in BIM management is a plus.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in BIM management, preferably with a focus on Bentley's OpenBuildings software suite.
- Proficiency in BIM software tools such as OpenBuildings Designer, OpenBuildings Station Designer, OpenBuildings Energy Simulator, and OpenBuildings Analysis.
- Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members in BIM workflows and software usage.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Compensation Range:
$124, $166,191.00
