• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions in both shop and field. Travel to jobsites required weekly. Company supplied vehicle.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
• Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols, including first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement a comprehensive safety program
• Maintain records of safety incidents, inspections, and training sessions
• Stay uptodate on industry best practices and changes in safety regulations

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety management role
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and requirements
• Experience conducting root cause analysis for accidents and incidents
• Familiarity with EPA regulations related to environmental health and safety
• Knowledge of workers compensation laws and processes
• Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs
• Experience in training development for EHS (Environmental Health & Safety)
