The Role:
- Independent management of the buying and selling process of projects
- Negotiation and evaluation of purchase, usage, and lease agreements
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Creation of project opportunity and risk analyses, as well as profitability calculations
- Management of external service providers
- Organization, supervision, and evaluation of financial and legal due diligence processes
- Direct reporting to management
The Person:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in the transaction field
- Fluent in German and English
