- Providing support to classroom teachers in implementing educational programs
- Assisting students with instructional tasks under the guidance of the classroom teacher
- Supporting students with special needs in accessing the curriculum and achieving academic goals
- Collaborating with school staff and parents to ensure the success and well-being of students
- Implementing behavior management strategies as directed by the classroom teacher or special education team
- Providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students as needed
