Incredible Marketing is expanding again and we are seeking a Social Media Manager to handle our Incredible clients through the strategic and fun social media marketing process.

We are a full service Interactive Agency, based out of our Southern California headquarters. We are a passionate team of entrepreneurs in a medium sized established digital agency.

We work for clients all over the world, and we have an expanding team of people who share the IM dream.

WHO YOU ARE:

Working as a part of our Social Creative and Agency Team, you are responsible for implementing the latest social media marketing initiatives, with the end goal of improving our clients' brand awareness, and directly starting the conversation, leading to sales.

You will primarily be responsible for the following:

Account review and account setup
Competitive review and analysis
Varied and articulate posting
Manage social media and reputation accounts, across various platforms
Research market trends, and implement tracking
Achieve fan acquisition, followers, and positive reviews
Monitor, measure, and report progress
Create contests and promotions for clients
Work with our Digital Ads team to review and report on ad performance with the client
Turn fans into customers and customers into advocates
Work with internal teams to execute strategies or provide clients answers to questions

Communication:

Effective and consistent communication is the cornerstone of success you must be comfortable and confident communicating, however strong communication is also being a better listener.
High level ato direct communication with clients
Pitch clients ideas for special offers, events, contests and more monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on the strategy decided upon
Review and explain results and metrics to your clients during in person meetings or during phone calls and monthly review calls
Form a strong bond and relationship with your client, truly understanding their brand and goals
Excellent verbal and written skillsClient Relationships:
You are the closest person to the client in terms of communication
Must be open and willing to help your clients find the the answers they need even if those questions are outside of your role-
Must be resourceful and utilize the platforms internally to help your client-
You will be expected to reply to clients and follow up on their inquiries on matters outside of your role should those situations arise
Requirements:
1-3 years direct Social Media Marketing experience with tangible results
beauty, aesthetics, or medical history is a plus
Very computer Savvy-
Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram Ads-
Familiar with Canva and Giphy-
Can develop platform-specific strategies-
Full understanding of customizations that can be done in all social platforms-
Advanced understanding of Facebook and Instagram and their functions-
Possess a general understanding of the web development process-
Must be comfortable being the single point of contact for clients as needed
Solid understanding of reporting metrics, and available software in the marketplace-
Understanding social ad creation, market segmentation, and implementation-
Attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalism-
Excellent verbal, written, and people skillsPluses
Advanced understanding of LinkedIn and Pinterest
Working understanding of Google Adwords
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and general approach
Understanding why content marketing is important
Understanding of photoshop and can create things on the fly
Understanding of the cosmetic medical industry

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Starting Pay:
Depending on experience

(32 hours per week), Salary
Schedule to be determined post hire, but flexibility is a requirement
