About the RoleThe Supervisor, Internal Legal Production is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the legal specialist teams. This position is responsible for managing overall production, production quality, employee development and stakeholder expectations.
The role requires knowledge of and ability to implement key concepts like work allocation, process and procedure development, problem solving, capacity planning and dealing with employee performance management cycle.
In addition, this position interacts with internal and external customers as well as multiple cross-functional organizations making it critical to be able to develop strong relationships to drive business results.
