As a Koch (m/w/d), your responsibilities will include:
managing and taking responsibility for your own station, working in our hotel kitchen, preparing fresh products for à la carte and/or banquet services, training and supervising Commis and apprentices, and adhering to HCCP standards

Qualifications:
completed vocational training, at least 1 year of experience.'
