ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST - Job Application Package Checklist
- Duty Statement

- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment. If it is determined a candidate does not meet the Minimum Qualifications, the candidate will be withheld from the eligibility list, rendering them inactive and ineligible to be hired for the position. Candidates who have been withheld may file an appeal with the State Personnel Board.
- Candidates new to CDCR or the Division of Juvenile Justice are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by departmental annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter.
- Pursuant to the Public Health Orders (Guidance for the Use of Face Coverings and State and Local Correctional Facilities and Detention Centers Health Care Worker Vaccination Requirement) issued by the California Department of Public Health and the directive Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccines and Testing for Institution Staff issued by the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (CDCR), all staff assigned to this post/position may be required to show evidence of full vaccination and booster for COVID-19, absent an approved reasonable medical or religious accommodation precluding them from vaccination.
- Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position.

Job Description and DutiesIndividuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position.
Under the supervision of the Community Resources Manager (CRM), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) assists with the analytical work related to data collection in support of the Rehabilitative Achievement Credit (RAC) earning programs, Milestone Completion Credit (MCC) earning programs, Inmate leisure Time Activity Groups (ILTAGs), Self-Help Programs, Innovative Grant Recipient (IGR) programs, Self-Help Sponsors, and Volunteers.
The SSA assists the CRM in preparing summary and statistical reports, and assists in overall program coordination on quality improvement activities.
