    PROGRAM MANAGER, School of Medicine, Anatomy & Neurobiology Tracking Code Job Description

    Core responsibilities include helping to oversee neuropsychological testing on subjects, ages and preparing case reports for dementia diagnostic meetings; will serve as a back-up tester and will be able to prepare dementia review if needed.

    Testing will take place primarily in clinic, however, candidate is expected to make home visits or conduct testing via videoconferencing as needed.

    Additonal core responsibilities will include managing the operations of specific projects, both short and long-term.

    Given the wide range of projects that include cognitive aging, Alzheimers disease, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and the broad network of collaborators both within BU and outside of BU (including international), there are a myriad of tasks that range from day-to-day operations management to presenting to collaborators from other academic institutions and private industry.

    This position will assist in supervising FHS research staff, manage other office management tasks, including purchasing, onboarding new employees, calendar and communications management, maintaining documentation, organizing the electronic filing system and office coordination.

    This position will also assist with IRB related tasks, maintaining manuals of procedures, and data management.

    The priorities of responsibilities are expected to be dynamic based on the needs of the team at any given time.

    Required Skills
    Bachelor's required with 3-5 years of experience or master's degree with 1-3 years of experience; Master's preferred.
