    **Sales Associate (Spanish Speaking)**

    Boston / Sales / Full-Time Lendbuzz is a fintech venture based in downtown Boston. We are a diverse team in gender, nationalities, and cultures, speaking eight languages and representing six countries.     We are looking for an outstanding team member to help us grow the business and work with our amazing borrowers- Spanish fluency is required.

    As a Sales Associate, you will use strong interpersonal skills and a proven sales aptitude to work with our applicants and borrowers, communicate with our partners, interact with our current auto dealers, and be a leading support member to our underwriting team. With the guidance of the underwriters you will educate, prospect, and support our applicants and partners. Your work will help drive brand awareness and grow our dealership network. **Responsibilities**

    + Strategize with the underwriting team to plan and execute programs for borrowers

    + Support Lendbuzzs borrower base for both current and new borrowers

    + Provide feedback to our underwriting team

    + Work with platforms and companies we partner with

    **Requirements**

    + Outstanding customer, communication and organizational skills

    + High level of integrity

    + Strong sense of teamwork yet able to work independently

    + English and Spanish fluency

    + Bachelor Degree preferred
