Job DescriptionCurrently hiring for a Client Support Representative for a local HVAC/ Mechanical Engineering company. As an HVAC Client Support Representative your primary responsibilities will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients who have inquiries or issues related to HVAC systems.Answering inquiries:
You will be responsible for answering client inquiries related to HVAC systems, such as product specifications, technical information and pricing
Troubleshooting:
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to HVAC systems, such as faulty equipment or incorrect installations
Schedule appointments:
You will be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients for routine maintenance, repairs, and installations
Coordinating with technicians:
You will be responsible for coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
Sales Support:
You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing clients with product information, quotes and proposals
Maintaining records:
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions
Ensure client satisfaction:
You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by following up with clients after service delivery to ensure that their needs have been met.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving abilities, and working knowledge of HVAC systems.
You should be able to handle multiple inquiries at once and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred, and a degree or certification in HVAC systems or related field may be advantageous.
