We are currently seeking a Doctoral Candidate (m/f/d) in Physics Education to join our DeltaX Student Laboratory department starting September 1, 2023.

This position is limited to 3 years.

Doctoral Candidate (m/f/d) in Physics Education

Job Description:

Development and preparation of experiments and accompanying materials for middle and high school students in the fields of physics, chemistry, and biology
Development of pedagogical concepts for teaching research topics using modern methods, media, and technology
Creation of new approaches for experiments and projects in the student laboratory
Organization and implementation of experimentation days, online courses, holiday programs, etc.
Supervision of students (m/f/d) in their research projects

Expected Qualifications:

Good to excellent degree in teaching or a university degree in a natural science, preferably in physics
Interest in scientific research and developing new approaches in science education
Experience with extracurricular learning environments
Experience in project and event organization and management
Strong
