HR Generalist Employee Relations (Hybrid Houston, TX)
We are looking for a HR Generalist for a global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will be responsible for helping People Leaders, Director and below with their People Responsibilities. Your primary focus will be to assist HR Business Partners and People Leaders with their Workforce Plans.

This is a 5.5-month (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.


Responsibilities:


  • Process Workforce Reductions and be a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle from selection to offboarding.
  • Handle escalations as needed.
  • Coach People Leaders with difficult or complex conversations.
  • Work closely with our legal department to ensure risk mitigation.
  • Support our HR Business Partners so they can focus on Strategic Planning and development of Talent within their organization.
  • Engage and work alongside different HR, Workforce Solutions, and COE organizations to ensure dependencies with internal HR Projects and Programs are identified and incorporated appropriately.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Consultant.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Workday.

Compensation:
$28/hr. - $31.35/hr.
