VCSB is looking for a Sponsored Residential Community Living Specialist The Community Living Specialist will work directly with individuals and sponsor families in the Sponsored Residential program to ensure that supports being provided meet the needs of the individual and all regulations are followed.

_Summary of Essential Functions_

Monitors services for individuals in the Sponsored Residential homes.
Ensures sponsors and staff meet compliance and training requirements.
Develops the individual's Plan of Supports and ensures services are provided and documented.
Supports individuals and sponsors to ensure a successful placement.
Collaborates with team members to ensure quality service delivery.

_Minimum Qualifications_
All applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications in order to be considered qualified for the position:

Bachelor's degree in human services or related field from an accredited program,
One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities,
Valid Virginia driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
