We are currently searching for an Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team at Leader Automotive Group. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to be part of a new and exciting organization. You will not find a better dealer group to work for, period.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for selling various automotive parts and company products via face to face with customers and technician's and inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Generate revenue by selling and promoting sales of automotive parts and existing products.
  • Assist walkin customers with sales and services and respond to questions about pricing and arrival times.
  • Process and review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
  • Directly receive and process payment from walkin customers.
  • Monitor parts inventory to ensure minimum stocking levels.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping duties.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with inhouse DMS systems.
  • Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team player.
  • Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
  • Must be organized and a selfstarter.
  • Familiarity with the CDK system is a plus.
