    Job Summary:


    As a Service Advisor at Keffer Hyundai in Matthews, North Carolina, you will play an integral role in providing excellent customer service and facilitating smooth operations in the service department.

    This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry, offering a competitive salary and great benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and make them feel welcome, while efficiently gathering information about their vehicle concerns and needs
    • Communicate with technicians to determine necessary repairs and ensure timely completion of work
    • Provide accurate and detailed estimates to customers for repairs and services
    • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Keep detailed and accurate records of all services and repairs performed
    • Monitor and update service schedules to ensure efficient use of technicians' time
    • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and dealership services to accurately educate customers
    • Collaborate with parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary parts for repairs
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment for efficient operations
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of experience in a service advisor role in the automotive industry
    • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians
    • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures and terminology
    • Excellent timemanagement and multitasking abilities
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
    • Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership software systems
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
