- Coordinar nuestra red de agentes de campo para priorizar las operaciones en función de los objetivos de ventas.
- Establecer y supervisar los objetivos de ventas para los miembros individuales del equipo y trabajar estrechamente con ellos para cumplir las cuotas de ventas.
- Apoyar a los miembros del equipo en las operaciones diarias para obtener los datos de ventas críticos que demandan nuestros clientes.
- Diseñar y aplicar un plan de negocio estratégico para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
- Desarrollar, mejorar y aplicar estrategias eficaces de ventas y marketing en el territorio.
- Colaborar con ejecutivos de ventas y jefes de equipo de diferentes territorios para compartir las mejores prácticas y apoyar un enfoque de ventas cohesivo.
- Reporting resultados de ventas regionales (semanal, mensual, trimestral y anualmente).
- Supervisar y analizar las métricas de rendimiento y sugerir mejoras.
- Ser responsable de la formación y el rendimiento de cada miembro del equipo.
- Sugerir nuevos servicios/productos/características para aumentar las ventas, la eficacia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Identificar de antemano las necesidades de contratación, y crear y responsabilizarse del plan de contratación de su equipo regional.
- Perfil intermedio-senior, con al menos 3 años de experiencia contrastada en venta de activos inmobiliarios, preferentemente activos bancarios y/o con situaciones ocupacionales complejas o carentes de posesión.
- Experiencia contrastada como líder de ventas, líder de operaciones (centrado en la mejora de las ventas), jefe de equipo de ventas o gestor de activos en un entorno ágil (startup tecnológica, etc.).
- Historial probado de creación y crecimiento de equipos de ventas de alto rendimiento.
- Experiencia demostrada en el aumento de las ventas e ingresos, cumpliendo o superando constantemente los objetivos.
- Capacidad para desarrollar estrategias de ventas mediante el análisis de datos
- Sólidas dotes organizativas, capacidad demostrada para dirigir el proceso de ventas desde la planificación hasta el cierre.
- Capacidad para dirigir y motivar a un equipo de ventas de alto rendimiento
- Excelentes aptitudes de coaching, desarrollo y gestión de personal
- Sólida actitud de servicio al cliente y capacidad para imprimirla en su equipo
- Excelentes dotes de comunicación
- Gran capacidad para resolver problemas
- Experiencia práctica con software tipo CRM y MS Excel
- Nativo en castellano, con suelto entendimiento escrito y hablado del inglés.

¿Qué harás con nosotros?
En esta posición de Regional Sales Team Lead, tendrás el reto de liderar nuestros esfuerzos comerciales en una geografía concreta, gestionando las operaciones diarias del equipo sobre el campo para llegar a los objetivos de venta marcados.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, debes tener experiencia previa relevante en la gestión y desarrollo de equipos, así como debes ser capaz de liderar, entrenar, reclutar y supervisar las operaciones de ventas diarias de tu equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio establecidos.
