- Supporting the VP of Procurement and cross-functional partners to deliver key strategic procurement activities, as well as to understand needs, objectives, and priorities to improve cost, cash, service and quality
- Collaborate with supply team, quality control, and R&D to understand formulations, material requirements, and unique specifications to inform sourcing strategy
- Manage the relationship with the existing supply base and introduce SRM program
- Manage the process of identifying, selecting, and developing new partners
- Continuously improve supplier performance partnerships
- Help drive negotiation targeting to achieve continuous GM expansion and NWC optimization
- Identify risks and maximize opportunities involved in the sourcing process
- Contribute to and drive the implementation of the growth strategy
- Collaborate with the business and innovation teams, ensuring alignment of strategy, portfolio, execution, and investment for new product development
- Implement competitive strategies based on market intelligence
- Ensure procurement technical excellence
- Contribute to sourcing the best panel of suppliers, in line with global strategy, competitive environment, and brand needs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain within consumer healthcare, VMS, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of the nutraceutical manufacturing landscape, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in the dietary supplements industry (highly preferred)
- Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management, negotiation skills, and contract management.
- Experience transitioning from tolling to turnkey procurement processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
