- Provides services to individual, and family therapy, psychological testing and evaluation, crisis intervention, community consultation, outpatient services, consultative psychiatric and psychological services.
- Provides intensive clinical practice consisting of professional judgement and the ability to use a wide range of psychological skills.
- Provides for the overall training, development and supervision of Behavioral Health Department staff. Plans and assigns work to Behavioral Health staff based on PRSU priorities and capabilities of employees. Evaluates Behavioral Health staff work performance.
- Carries full professional responsibility for cases representing a wide range of psychosocial, cultural and environmental problems, the work is complex and changes continuously, depending on the situation and clients' risk/needs.
