The HCC Men's Locker Room Attendant will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the HCC Men's Locker Room, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.

The Attendant will provide lockers, towels, shoe service and other amenities both in the locker room and on the golf course.

An important part of the sequence of service for guests of members arriving to play golf, the Men's Locker Room Attendant will ensure that the Locker Room meets Club standards for luxury, service and cleanliness.

The Attendant will be a welcoming and helpful presence, efficient and detail oriented, always professional and courteous, the Attendant will take pride in his work, be efficient and detail oriented.

Unobtrusive, but always there when needed, the Men's Locker Room Attendant will ensure the HCC locker room is among the most comfortable places in the Club.

Recognizing the importance of the role, the Attendant will view no task as insignificant and take pride in providing outstanding service and contributing to the success of the team and the Club as a whole.


  • A minimum of two years' experience which includes dealing with customers; previous experience in a similar luxury environment preferred
  • Strong English language skills to ensure quality communication with management, team members, club members and guests; bilingual English-Spanish a plus
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism to ensure polite, professional and caring interaction with members and guests
  • A track record of discretion and sensitivity in attending to customer needs
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions to ensure consistent service
  • Organization skills to ensure all pertinent materials and information are consistently recorded, stored and filed the same way every time so that handoff among team members is smooth and no detail is forgotten
  • Possessing the highest level of work ethic, integrity and teamwork
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances, flexing and changing as needed under challenging circumstances
  • CPR Certified a plus
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; push and pull up to 100lbs
