    We are currently interviewing for a Production Associate in the Grand Rapids Plant.

    Bodycote offers:
    • Starting wages are $18-21/hour depending on experience.
    • Paid holidays and paid time off.
    • Shift differential for off-shifts.
    • 401k with a match.

    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
    • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
    • 2:00 pm-10:30 pm, 2nd Shift.

Work as a Production Associate to assist our furnace operators and learn new skills.

    In addition, you will:
    • Prepare work for processing including cleaning, painting, wiring, and fixturing.
    • Load and unload furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets.
    • Stack/load parts in customer bins or containers.
    • Bring any unusual problem or irregularity to the attention of a supervisor.
    • Practice and promote safety and good housekeeping.
    • This position will allow for cross-training and the development of additional skills.

    We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
    • This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident cardholders.
    • Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
    • May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends.
    • May need to obtain and maintain forklift operation certification.
    • Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
