We're in search of an administartive office assistant to work at our San Diego office and provide advanced administrative and clerical support to our internal team and external vendors that meet our high-quality standards.

ClearMax Windows & Doors is a private San Diego company, founded in 2018. Since then, we have become one of the fastest-growing window and door replacement and installation companies in California. ClearMax was founded with a vision of reducing California's carbon emissions by making homes more energy-efficient.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the day to day needs of our office
  • Handle incoming calls from clients and existing customers
  • Data entry
  • Book appointments & Follow ups
  • Create quotes

  • Professional with a high work ethic
  • Problem solver
  • Knowledge in the construction field with an emphasis on windows and doors is a plus
  • Bi;ingual is a plus

Office hours:
Monday-Friday 9-5.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location:
In person
