We're in search of an administartive office assistant to work at our San Diego office and provide advanced administrative and clerical support to our internal team and external vendors that meet our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day needs of our office
- Handle incoming calls from clients and existing customers
- Data entry
- Book appointments & Follow ups
- Create quotes

- Well organized with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal skills
- Professional with a high work ethic
- Problem solver
- Knowledge in the construction field with an emphasis on windows and doors is a plus
- Bi;ingual is a plus
Office hours:
Monday-Friday 9-5.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
