Responsibilities:


  • Greet prospective tenants and show them available units across our community
  • Provide detailed information about the property, including amenities, floor plans, and leasing options
  • Coordinate and manage lease agreements and renewals
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer serviceoriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
Prior experience in customer service is a plus

$15 per hour + LEASING BONUS
