Currently, we are in search of a skilled and motivated Front Desk Medical Receptionist who is fluent in Spanish to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Drafting correspondences and official documents.
Planning and managing appointments.
Providing in-person assistance to patients.
Handling incoming phone calls.
Establishing and organizing filing systems.
Carrying out various administrative duties to support office functions.
Leading and assisting the reception team.
Fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace for all staff members.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in front desk and administrative positions.
Background in Clinical or Adult Day Care environments is a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Outstanding communication abilities.
Proficiency in using computers.
Positive attitude and ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
Fluency in Spanish is essential.

Compensation:

Competitive starting pay ranging from $20-$22 per hour, based on experience.
