As part of our Transaction Advisory Deal Advisory team, which includes exciting business areas such as M&A, Transaction Services, Restructuring, Valuations, and Strategy Consulting, you will support our clients in buying and selling companies or parts of companies.

Find solutions for complex (financial) due diligence analyses with the goal of analyzing and assessing opportunities and risks related to transactions and drawing relevant conclusions.

Your responsibilities:

As a Risk Management Specialist (m/f/d) in Deal Advisory Risk Management, you will have completed a degree in business administration, law, or an interdisciplinary program, ideally with a focus on tax, auditing, accounting, or finance.
You have gained professional experience in a risk management role (in the field of transaction advisory, valuation, M&A, ideally in an international corporation or a professional services firm).
You have a strong understanding of economic relationships.
You also have the ability to identify and solve problems and possess conceptual skills.
We expect excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a confident demeanor.
Your open and teamoriented personality, high service orientation, and strong selfmotivation set you apart.
High commitment and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as very good German and English language skills, round off your qualifications.
