- Account Service and Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date files to provide efficient client and employer service.
- Develop strong customer relationships through regular communication and professional interactions.
- Conduct research to capitalize on the hotel's strengths and competitors' weaknesses to improve business strategies.
- Maximize selling time by focusing on revenue-producing activities.
- Travel cost-effectively to represent the hotel with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Foster a positive team attitude and maintain open communication with colleagues for overall hotel success.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Meet clients on and off premises, tour properties, attend functions, and operate office equipment.
- Read fine print, observe details in various conditions, and follow instructions.

Catering Sales Manager
Hotel Equities, a highly recognized hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently seeking an exceptional Catering Sales Manager for the Crowne Plaza in Virginia Beach, VA.
Job Purpose:
Our goal is to exceed revenue targets by acquiring new accounts and expanding current hotel accounts in a profitable manner. We provide warm and knowledgeable service to ensure guests feel confident in their decision to stay with us.
