We are looking for a Dental assistant or RDA for long-term growth with company.
We have a very competative bonus system $1000+. Must be very outgoing and love working with kids.

SALARY/PAY is based on experience and/or RDA status.

Free Lunch offered on Saturdays

Spanish speaking is preferred.

Minimum 1 year preferred, but not required, as dental assistant.

GREAT working environment for all employees.

Must have x-ray certification.

MUST BE OUTGOING AND A PEOPLE PERSON. ONLY SERIOUS CANDIDATES APPLY.


Duties will include:

• Update and maintain client's dental records
• Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
• Take and process Xrays of patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Take billing and insurance details from patients
• Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene
• Assisting the doctor
• Sterilization
• Room Setup

Qualifications & Skills:

• Customer service skills to ensure patients feel comfortable during their appointment as well as wellinformed about treatment and dental wellness
• Technical and troubleshooting skills to work with a variety of dental, medical, scheduling and other organization software in the office
• Organization skills enable these professionals to keep their workspace clean to ensure patients, dentists and other assistants are safe and healthy while working
• Knowledge of dental instruments
• Prior experience administering dental Xrays
