"Make a difference at Lafim-Diakonie for the elderly. We are looking for you to join our team at the Evangelical Senior Center Emmaus-Haus, located at Eisenhartstraße 14-17 in 14469 Potsdam. You will be trained as a nursing assistant (m/f/d). The Emmaus-Haus in Potsdam was inaugurated in 1926 and underwent extensive renovations in 2000. It offers 67 long-term care beds and 4 short-term care beds. Our facility in Potsdam boasts a large, wheelchair-accessible garden with old trees and a fountain. Numerous volunteers, along with our regular staff, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We also have close ties with a kindergarten, promoting intergenerational encounters. In this 1-year nursing training program, you will play a crucial role in meeting the needs of older people. * You will learn to be a vital link between nursing and care, attending to the needs of the elderly. * You will have the opportunity to contribute to our facility's warm and welcoming atmosphere.
