On behalf of one of our well-known clients located in the greater Frankfurt area, we are currently seeking a/an:


Fixed Assets Accountant (m/f/d):


Your future responsibilities:


  • Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in fixed assets accounting and preparing the fixed assets register
  • Reviewing investment requests for their eligibility for capitalization according to IFRS and HGB
  • Checking the operational readiness of ongoing investment projects and, if applicable, creating detailed booking instructions for our shared service center
  • Planning and organizing fixed assets inventories and maintaining the inventory guidelines in coordination with the responsible team leader
  • Implementing internal control systems for fixed assets accounting
  • Acting as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in special projects related to fixed assets accounting

What we expect from you:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with first professional experience in fixed assets accounting
  • Good knowledge of IFRS, HGB, and tax law desirable
  • Solid knowledge of SAP financial modules, preferably FI, AA, and PS modules
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills
