We are looking for someone to help us with a renovation project in Petoskey, MI. The house currently has solar thermal and photovoltaic energy, and we would like to convert the garage into a small apartment for a person with disabilities. The project will involve creating two bedrooms with plasterboard walls, a living room and kitchen, and installing radiant floor heating on top of the existing tiles and hardwood flooring. The plasterboard walls will not reach the ceiling, and a thermostat will be installed to control the temperature. The ceiling will be installed at a height of 2.60 meters with removable panels and insulation. The garage currently maintains a constant temperature of 18 degrees, and we would like the heating system to maintain a temperature of 24 degrees.
