In the district of Zwickau, the Zwickau City Mission and the Westsachsen Diakoniewerk are diakonic organizations with over 1,600 employees working in the areas of care, inclusion for people with disabilities, and social services in numerous facilities.

It is intended to merge all services under the Diakonie Westsachsen Foundation in the future.

Due to the upcoming merger, a joint applicant database is already being maintained for all facilities of the Westsachsen Diakoniewerk non-profit GmbH, the Zwickau City Mission e.

V., and affiliated companies.

At the Urbanushaus nursing home, we are looking for a

Registered Nurse as a Permanent Night Shift (m/f/d)
part-time with 75% workload hours per week) starting on February 1, 2023.


Your responsibilities will include:
- independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of basic and medical care as well as preventive measures for elderly people in a residential setting
- management of care processes and proper documentation
- active and constructive collaboration and communication within the nursing team, as well as with employees from other internal departments and external partners
- integrated support and guidance for new and subordinate employees and assistants
