    Currently, we are seeking a motivated individual for an internship position to join our IT team. We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic about learning and growing with us.

    What you will be doing:

    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with network devices, printers, and other peripherals.
    • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
    • Help maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in IT infrastructure and processes.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

    Who you are:

    • Registered student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate-level program.
    • You have basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
    • You have strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Excellent communicator and have interpersonal skills.
    • You are able to work well both independently and in a team environment.
    • You are eager to learn and take on new challenges in the field of IT.

    Location: Hybrid- Maryland/Washington DC Region

    Anticipated Start Date: May 20, 2024

    Orientation Dates: May 20, 2024

    Anticipated End Date: Aug 23, 2024

    (Start & End dates are negotiable based on intern's availability)
