Loan Documentation Processor

**Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid after completing training, 1 week onsite

1 week remote**
Interview: Onsite or video

Pay rate: 19.50/Hr on w2 without benefits, weekly pay.

Training: 4-5 Weeks

Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Support in processing loan documentation for moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Interpret loan documentation policies, analyze applicant and property information, and manage loan pipeline. Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor, guide team members, and interact with immediate team and functional areas.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Loan Documentation experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
