    We are collaborating with a dynamic company dedicated to shaping a brighter energy landscape through innovative approaches to lithium-ion cell production.

    They are in search of a knowledgeable Senior Battery Design Engineer to join their team in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on a full-time basis. If you have the following expertise, this position could be a great fit:

    • BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
    • Over 5 years of experience in lithium-ion cell design and validation
    • Knowledge of standard battery manufacturing techniques such as ultrasonic welding, laser welding, and heat sealing,
    • Proficiency in using DFMEA to recognize and mitigate risks early in the design process
    • Experience in pack and module design is advantageous
    • Experience in creating cells with improved abuse tolerance is a bonus
