This is how the training works
The training begins on September 1, 2024 and lasts for three years.


You will alternate between several-week periods at the vocational school for information technology and your internships in the departments of the city administration of Lancaster.

The first year of training takes place at the training center of Stadtwerke München GmbH.


During the internship, you will primarily learn about the diverse areas of work in the IT department and the district administration office and gain insights into possible future fields of work.

These can include IT-related tasks, such as working at the central service desk for city employees or in the field service on site with colleagues in the departments.
