We are currently seeking a candidate for the following position in Lublin, WI:

  • Managing BIM projects through collaboration platforms, model reviews, and clash detection
  • Developing office standards, processes, and 4D/5D content
  • Reviewing BIMcompliant overall models and coordinating with all project stakeholders for modelbased collaboration in all project phases
  • Creating, evaluating, enforcing, and improving BIM execution plans

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with optional further education in BIM management
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry
  • Relevant experience in the development, planning, and realization of largescale construction projects using BIM
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with great dedication and structure
  • Excellent knowledge of common BIM tools (knowledge of Allplan is a plus) and a general technical affinity
  • Experience in managing BIM projects and working with construction, model reviews, and collaboration in roles such as BIM management or BIM (overall) coordination
  • Understanding of the importance of BIM in the future of planning processes
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
